Sheffield United have secured the signing of Aston Villa midfielder Conor Hourihane.
The Blades announced the move on their official Twitter account and website, confirming that Hourihane will be joining for a season-long loan.
The experienced pro has completed his medical and will now join up with the Republic of Ireland squad during the international break.
The 30-year-old, who has 26 Ireland caps, will wear the number 24 shirt at Sheffield United in the Championship this term.
Hourihane has a lot of experience in that division, helping Aston Villa win promotion to the Premier League in 2019.
