West Ham are struggling to reach terms with Vladimir Coufal over a new contract.
The Sun says the Irons are in a contract deadlock with defender Coufal.
They have offered the Czech Republic defender, who turns 29 on Sunday, an extension to his current deal which has two years to run.
But for one of last season's top performers, the wages on offer are the same, apart from an increase in bonuses.
As such, Coufal is refusing to put pen to paper.
