FC Rostov and Norwich City are at deadlock over a deal for Mathias Normann.
The 25 year-old former Brighton midfielder is the subject of a bid from the Canaries.
VG says Norwich have offered €2.5m to take Normann on a 12 month loan with the option to sign him permanently for €14m.
However, the option will only be triggered if Norwich survive relegation and also if Normann plays at least 50 per cent of their games.
Rostov are unhappy with the permanent option and are insisting Norwich commit to the terms even if they're relegated. Negotiations between the two clubs will continue today.
Sevilla, Watford and Newcastle United are also interested in Normann.
