Burnley have made a new offer for Olympique Lyon wing-back Maxwel Cornet.
Cornet is ready to leave OL before the summer market shuts and has been linked with Hertha Berlin.
However, the Clarets are now regarded as favourites for Cornet's signature.
Fussball Transfers says Burnley have made a second bid for his services, raising their offer to €16m.
For their part, OL are happy with the bid tabled.
