Everton goalkeeper Joao Virginia is set to sign for Sporting CP today.
Virginia is to join Sporting on-loan for the season.
He was at Estádio José Alvalade on Saturday, watching Sporting defeat Belenenses. Virginia took in the game from Sporting's executive box.
Virginia, 21 years old, is joining Sporting to fill the departure of Luís Maximiano to Granada.
He will act as cover for senior No1 Antonio Adan.
