Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes rejected criticism of Newcastle United after Saturday's 4-1 win.
Fernandes struck on the day dominated by Cristiano Ronaldo's double on his return to the club.
He was later asked how patient the hosts had to be at times against a Newcastle side 'who did sit deep', the Portugal international corrected the reporter.
"More than sit deep - they are really organised," he told Sky Sports.
"It's difficult to get in. They play really well. They defend well but we did our job right. We moved the ball quickly. We went side to side and went for the right moments to win them."
