Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is full of pride after making his competitive Spain debut last night.

Sanchez was a second-half substitute for Athletic Bilbao's Unai Simon during Spain's 4-0 World Cup qualifying win against Georgia.

He later said, "It is what we needed today, it is a dream come true, I remember my whole family and I am very happy.

"Playing for the national team has always been in my head, I don't want to talk about it though."

Spain's goals were scored by Pablo Sarabia, Jose Gaya, Carlos Soler and Ferran Torres.
