Former Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott hailed two-goal Kevin de Bruyne after the 7-0 rout of Leeds.
THis goals were two of eight shots he had on the night and he was also named man of the match.
"It is [a] hugely welcoming [sign to have De Bruyne back]," Lescott told BT Sport. "Kevin has obviously struggled with injuries and Covid, but tonight he did not miss a beat.
"Literally everything he touched was magic, and his finish for his second goal was what we have seen in recent years.
"He was in acres of space in the middle of the pitch. If you give a player of that quality that much space, that will be the outcome. An emphatic finish, but all night he was exceptional.
"When he performs like that he is exceptional and shows why he is regarded as one of the best in the world."
