After a brutal, back-and-forth, highly publicized drama between the two national Badminton players, Lee Zii Jia and Goh Jin Wei, and The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) following their official withdrawal with BAM, the involving parties have finally come to a consensus.
In an official statement made by the association, they have taken into consideration the appeals made by both players as per official procedures before reaching the decision to release them from the respective contracts with the BAM according to mutually agreed terms and conditions.
The statement also stated that both players will be eligible to register for international tournaments with immediate effect. Fans of these players and those who have been following the development of this particular event can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Lee Zii Jia and Goh Jin Wei will be no longer be banned from showcasing their prowess on international stages.
