Newcastle United have completed the signing of Bruno Guimaraes from Lyon.
The fee for the deal is £35m with £6.6m in add-ons, while the Brazilian midfielder has penned a a four-and-a-half-year contract at St James' Park.
The 24-year-old is Newcastle's third signing of the winter window, joining Kieran Trippier and Chris Wood.
Dan Burn is also expected to join from Brighton before Monday's deadline.
Toon and the Seagulls have agreed a £13m for the central defender.
