Kota Kinabalu: The establishment of the Kota Kinabalu Children’s Activity Centre (PAKK) is seen as a catalyst for a support system towards children’s social services in the State.
Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said the centre is evident of the government’s continuous efforts to safeguard the welfare of the children and produce quality human capital in the future.
