Brighton boss Graham Potter says there'll be time to discuss new terms with Danny Welbeck.
He is currently on a one-year deal with the Seagulls and neither club nor player feel any pressing need to address that just yet.
Albion boss Graham Potter said: “As far as I am aware there is no conversation yet.
“It is more a case of Danny enjoying his football, playing with us and being the important player that he is.
“Both the club and Danny are quite calm and settled with the conversations and situations and we will just take it until closer to the end of the season."
