Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris feels Everton can be a good move for Dele Alli.
Lloris says he was close to Alli during their time together at Spurs.
He told The Times: "I really like Dele. We have had many great moments in Spurs, but it is also important that players find new challenges.
"Sometimes the new challenge is not in the same place. Dele had to go somewhere else, but the most important thing is that I want to see Dele with a smile.
"I want Dele to enjoy his football, and I know that the last two years have been quite complicated for him. It's hard to get continuous playing time, but it's part of the career.
"It is not easy for anyone, even the best players in the world have ups and downs."
