AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli says there'll be no underestimating Salernitana.
Pioli is wary given Salernitana appointment of new coach Davide Nicola.
He said, “There will be more uncertainties after they changed coach, but we've focused on ourselves this week.
“We know the characteristics of their footballers. They have evolved, so we'll need extra attention.
