Kota Kinabalu: A 45-year-old government servant was ordered to enter his defence on a charge of sodomising a 12-year-old boy.
Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus made the order against Ernest Vaxter Harrison after ruling that the prosecution had established a prima facie case, Thursday.
