Kota Kinabalu: A 56-year-old farmer was jailed to 21 years’ and ordered to get 12 strokes of the cane for raping his daughter who was pregnant at the time.
Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus meted out the sentence to the man after ruling that the prosecution had proven it’s case beyond reasonable doubt against the man and the defence had failed to cast doubt on the prosecution’s case, on Wednesday.
