Kota Kinabalu: HEAD of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin said the State Government will continue to pursue revenue claims through negotiations of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).

“Recently, negotiations through the Joint Consultative Committee to Review Special Grants to Sabah under Article 112D of the Federal Constitution have borne fruit where the State Government will receive a new grant payment rate starting this year,” he said in his policy speech at the opening of the third session of the 16th State Legislative Assembly, Wednesday.
