RTL France has claimed Pogba missed training on Sunday after contracting a contusion in his left foot.
Pogba played 89 minutes in the friendly win over Ivory Coast on Friday.
In good news for United, Pogba's injury is not thought to be serious.
Raphael Varane is also under an injury cloud after being forced off against Ivory Coast.
