With the advent of FlexPod® XCS, NetApp, a global, cloud-led, data-centric software company, and Cisco announced the advancement of FlexPod, enabling one automated platform for contemporary apps, data, and hybrid cloud services.
FlexPod is made up of Cisco and NetApp pre-validated storage, networking, and server technologies. In a hybrid cloud context, the new FlexPod XCS platform is designed to expedite the delivery of contemporary apps and data. FlexPod XCS is the first and only hybrid cloud solution that natively works with all three major public cloud providers. FlexPod-as-a-Service, a pay-as-you-grow pricing model for financial and operational flexibility, will also be available to businesses.
