Olympique Marseille president Pablo Longoria has announced they're signing permanently on-loan Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi.

The 22-year-old has spent this season on loan with the French giants and will officially become their player in the summer transfer window for a reported £9million.

Guendouzi is set to sign a three-year contract with Marseille in June, keeping him at the Stade Velodrome until 2025.

The move was announced by Marseille president Longoria on RMC Sport, confirming that the midfielder had met clauses in his loan deal.

Guendouzi has racked up 38 appearances in all competitions over the course of the current campaign and made himself an integral part of manager Jorge Sampaoli 's team.
