Burnley boss Sean Dyche admits defeat to Norwich City was a blow to their survival hopes.

Dyche admits they lacked a cutting edge on the day.

He said, “We've got to change the story, getting into good areas, getting into key areas, not finding the right pass, the right finish, the right moment, or the right cross, all of them things.

“It was a brilliant bit of play for a chance for Maxwel Cornet, I'm not going to over-egg him as he's done terrific for us with his goal-scoring, but that has to go in, we know that, and if it does the whole feel of the performance changes from our and their point of view.

“We huffed and puffed but didn't find the quality moments, we played well at times but we need to find that quality in the final third.

“We conceded a second one which was poor by our standards, and it's those key final moments and we haven't found those moments, it's about the challenge which is still there.

“It's the challenge of what it is. We've lots of games and we know that a three-game week is not perfect with travelling, but the challenge is right in front of us.

“We've got to find the key moments and we didn't today."
