GOT7's BamBam becomes first Asian star to perform at an NBA show

BamBam, the K-pop star who was formerly a member of world-famous boy band GOT7, is set to perform at an NBA game show, becoming the first Asian star to do so.The performance will take place during the halftime match between the NBA Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers, held at the Chase Centre in San Fransisco, United States."It's an honor to meet world-class players. I'm looking forward to perform in front of NBA basketball fans and the finest players in the world.""I know that there is a lot of interest in K-Pop even in the United States. I will do my best to present a wonderful stage," said BamBam.Currently, BamBam is the first Asian singer to be selected as a global ambassador for the NBA Golden State Warriors (GSW) team.The 24-year-old whose actual name is Kunpimook Bhuwakul and is originally from Thailand, is no longer a part of GOT7 as the former members disbanded last year to focus on solo projects.
