Kota Kinabalu: The public have been urged to be cautious and smart when showing kindness or generosity to the less fortunate.
State Minister of Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said there are syndicates or individuals who bank on people’s kindness to get money.
