TAWAU: The potential of Kalabakan Tawau as an air transit, education, culture and tourism hub needs to be developed in line with the development plan of Nusantara, the new capital of the Republic of Indonesia in East Kalimantan.

Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (STAR) Sabah Deputy President Fung Len Fui (pic) said Kalabakan Tawau as Malaysia’s closest province to Nusantara cannot be left behind when the capital starts operating in a few years.
