Kota Kinabalu: Justice for Sabah has informed the State Government of its intention to pursue legal action or other legal channels over whether the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) is still valid.
Its spokesperson Datuk Hiew King Cheu said they handed the letter to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor and the Attorney-General at the Chief Minister’s Department, here, recently.
