PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry reported 12 Covid-19 deaths yesterday.
The death toll now stands at 35,449.
One of the deaths was classified as brought-in-dead (BID) case.
Perak recorded five deaths, followed by Johor, which had three, while Kedah, Malacca, Pahang and Putrajaya reported one each.
There were no deaths in the other states and the federal territories.
Meanwhile, the ministry also reported 6,069 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the cumulative infections to 4,402,234.
