Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte remains in a legal battle with a former club Chelsea.
Conte is still in a legal battle with Chelsea over his 9m severance package, with reports of another appeal.
He contested his initial dismissal and won in May, with a Premier League tribunal ordering them to pay Conte 9m.
However, the Daily Mail says Conte's unfair dismissal case has now been taken to the Central London Employment Tribunal, and was heard on Friday afternoon.
Conte did not attend court, but is represented by Phil Bonner, of Manchester-based legal firm Centrefield.
