Manchester United let Ander Herrera join PSG after they refused to meet his mammoth wage demands.

The Spaniard has signed with PSG after his United contract expired last month.

United and Herrera both wanted to come to an agreement over an extension.

However, the Red Devils were not prepared to pay Herrera the 350-per-week wages that he was demanding, according to Goal.

United have had problems agreeing extensions with their players since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez last January.

The Chilean reportedly earns 390,000 a week as a basic wage, which can increase due to appearance fees and performance bonuses. prob
