Agent Oscar Damiani admits he has sympathy for Rudi Garcia after his demise at Napoli.
Garcia was sacked by Napoli last week and replaced by Walter Mazzarri.
Damiani told Radio Marte: "I feel a little sorry for Garcia, certainly replacing (Luciano) Spalletti would have been difficult for anyone.
"The French coach has obtained mixed results, so the dismissal is in order. I have a lot of respect for Mazzarri, I am convinced that he will do excellent things and bring Napoli back to the top, the team needs a shake-up.
"There is time to recover, Napoli and Milan have some problems and need to find continuity."
