
TAWAU: Police here have busted the Ali Baba Gang suspected involved in a burglary with the arrest of three men in separate raids last Friday.
Tawau district police chief, ACP Jasmin Hussin, said the first suspect, a local, 21, was arrested in Kg Inderasabah which led to the confiscation of a set of speakers.
It led to the arrest of the second suspect, who is a foreigner, in his 30s, in the same village and the police confiscated more items.
“The third suspect, a local in his 60s, was nabbed in Kg Wakuba and led to seizure of an amplifier and a computer,” he said.
