LABUAN: Labuan Chinese Chamber of Commerce Chairman Datuk Wong Kii Yii called on Senator Tan Sri Anifah Aman to decide whether he wants to serve his full two-year term as Chairman of Labuan Corporation which is an important agency.
“Anifah is seldom seen here and it is likely that his hands are full with other commitments in Sabah.
“Many have complained about his lack of engagement with the local community. Even I found it not easy to meet him on local issues.
“I am not questioning his capabilities. He did well as Minister of Foreign Affairs (2009-2018). But he accepted a post related to Labuan and so should be more active in Labuan.
