RANAU: The Mount Kinabalu Search and Rescue Team (Mosar) unit had to move quickly after another climber suffered complications during a climb down the mountain, here, Wednesday.
The latest incident involved a local man who suffered head injury and had to be carried down to safety by rescuers as he was unable to continue the climb on his own.
Ranau Fire and Rescue Chief, PPgB Ridwan Mohd Taib said the rapid weather changes in the district has already resulted in several climbers suffering complications during their descend from the summit of the mountain in recent times.
