
RANAU: A Singaporean female climber was injured during a climb on Mount Kinabalu, Thursday night, after two other victims were reported injured earlier on the same day.
Head of Fire and Rescue Department (BBP) Ranau, PPgB Ridwan Mohd Taib said the incident happened at about 7.30pm at Km 1.3 of the Mount Kinabalu climbing trail.
“We received a call from the mountain guide informing us that a climber was injured, and rushed a unit of the Auxiliary Fire Officer Mountain Search and Rescue (MoSAR) unit led by Operations Officer, PBB Kuinten Gangok to the scene.
