GREEN developer Arthaland has opened its new gallery in Makati, a dedicated space where homebuyers and investors can explore its latest developments through immersive and thoughtfully curated experiences.
Headlining the new gallery is Sondris, the company’s premium sustainable residential development in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia). It is a 37-story tower of 252 residences targeting globally recognized green certifications and Net Zero operations.
Meticulously designed around the ideal customer journey, Arthaland’s Makati Gallery brings Sondris to life through a carefully crafted immersive experience. Visitors are welcomed into a series of interactive spaces that reveal the project’s design philosophy, craftsmanship and distinctive way of living.
The gallery features two fully designed model units, offering a firsthand experience of the 46-square-meter one-bedroom and the 116-square-meter two-bedroom units of Sondris.
The Unit Finishes Studio allows visitors to explore and feel the full range of finishes available across all three design themes. One of the experiences includes the Viewing Room, an immersive 270-degree projection space that offers a virtual walkthrough of Sondris. The gallery also features a lounge area on the ground floor designed to host open houses and collaborations.
“Our goal was to create a showroom experience that feels warm, welcoming, and reflective of the lifestyle that Sondris represents,” said Principal Designer Coleen Ong.
