Austin Dizon and Vienne Luna emerged as the male and female grand winners of the Century Tuna Superbods 2026 competition, marking the 20th anniversary of the health and fitness competition.
Dizon and Luna topped the field of finalists during the finals night, with MJ Ordillano and Jasmine Paguio named first runners-up in the male and female categories, respectively.
This was Luna’s second bid for the title.
“Honestly, I just remained genuine, authentic. This moment is like a full-circle moment for me,” Luna said in a post-awarding interview. “I feel this was really a good timing for me because it’s advocacy based.”
She saw the competition as a platform to launch Project HER, which stands for health, empowerment and resilience. Beyond the title, Luna said she gained confidence from the experience, particularly in sharing her personal story.
“I’m actually a very shy girl. I overcame this shyness and stepped out of my comfort zone... to share my story. I think that’s my greatest achievement right now,” she said.
Dizon said his height, discipline and hard work were among the factors that helped him stand out in the competition.
“I thank the Lord for my height. It’s a blessing, not a curse,” Dizon said.
The 6-foot-6 winner said he also focused on improving his physique before the competition, increasing his food intake and consuming more protein and carbohydrates as he bulked up.
“I really worked hard on my body. I ate more, bulked up with my intake of protein and carbs. What I have right now is the result of hard work and discipline,” he said.
Dizon likened his Superbods journey to a rollercoaster.
“You have your low moments, you have your high moments. But it was an experience to be enjoyed and cherished because without the organization or your co-finalists, it wouldn’t be fun at all,” he said.
After the competition, Dizon said he intends to continue promoting his personal advocacy.
“I would love to continue my advocacy which is accessible nutrition... the importance of a balanced meal. [This can be done] by adding something like a fruit or vegetable to our snacks and meals,” he said.
The finals were judged by stars Marian Rivera, Anne Curtis, Alice Dixson and Luis Manzano, along with former Superbods winner Mauro Lumba.
Sam YG and Bianca Gonzalez hosted the event, which also featured performances by James Reid and KZ Tandingan.
Other special awards went to Luna and Ordillano, who won the Jojo Bragais Power Walk Award; Maan Marquez and Ameer Ahid, who received the Fitness Breakthrough Award; Rov Mizuse and Jaco Benin, who were named Century Tuna Nuggets Supermom and Superdad; and Janica Reloxe and Rafael Tan, who won the Superbod Ultimate Transformation Award.
Benin, Cianne Dominguez, Josh Florendo and Anna Valencia Lakrini received the Kilos.ph Superbod Synergy Award, while Luna and Lorenzo Isip won the Digital Champ Award.
Thalia Joaquin and Ricardo de Jesus were named Beyond the Bod Advocacy Champions, while Gee Canlas and Jay Gonzaga received the Ageless Award.
Dominguez and Prince De Guzman won the Solaire Wellness Icon Award and Media Choice Award. Lakrini and Dizon were named Century Tuna Bench Active Lifestyle Icons.
Diane Querrer and De Jesus received the Century Tuna Super Bowl Game Changers award, while Aleiah Torres and Dizon won the Century Tuna Superbods 2026 Fan Choice Award.
Paguio and Nunoy Van Den Burgh were named Vita Coco Most Refreshingly Real Award winners.
