AYALA Land Premier said Wednesday it has started turning over units at Gardencourt Residences in Arca South, Taguig, as Ayala Land Inc. focuses on completing and delivering projects across its residential portfolio.
The turnover covers Molave, the first of five mid-rise towers planned for the 2.1-hectare development, which comprises 134 units.
Four clients were said to have accepted their units, with one homeowner already moving into the property.
Ayala Land said in its first-half report that it had turned over nearly 6,000 residential units across 40 projects during the period.
For the full year, the property developer is targeting the delivery of about 13,000 residential units across its projects.
Gardencourt Residences is Ayala Land Premier’s second residential development in Arca South.
The development consists of five residential buildings surrounded by parks on three sides and a central 5,000-square-meter private courtyard called the Gardencourt.
The residences have a maximum of 12 units per floor, with unit sizes ranging from 68 to 261 square meters.
The development’s amenities, designed by Singapore-based Habitus Design Group, include a fitness center, garden pavilion, garden lobby and sky garden.
Ayala Land said the estate also has infrastructure designed to manage stormwater during heavy rainfall.
An underground stormwater detention system beneath Arca South can temporarily hold about 2,500 cubic meters, or 2.5 million liters, of excess rainwater before gradually releasing it into the drainage network.
The system forms part of Ayala Land’s stormwater management measures across its master-planned estates, including a rain garden in Vertis North, an underground detention facility in Bonifacio Global City and a temporary reservoir in Cloverleaf.
Gardencourt Residences is located within the 74-hectare Arca South mixed-use estate, which includes residential, retail, health care, office and other commercial developments.
Ayala Land’s share price declined by 28 centavos to close at P15.18 each on Wednesday.
