Barcelona chief Mateu Alemany concedes there's an issue with Jules Kounde.
It was suggested this week that Kounde has made a transfer request.
The France defender is unhappy being played out of position at fullback this season under coach Xavi.
Asked about the situation, Alemany said: "It's a situation that we will resolve internally."
Kounde joined Barca last summer from Sevilla.
