Barcelona director of football Mateu Alemany was pushed about the Negreira case at Old Trafford last night.

Asked about the situation, Alemany said: "The only thing I can say is what the president explained the other day, and that it's all subject to an internal investigation that's going on, with the will for it to be done as quickly as possible and to give all the explanations that everyone is waiting for.
"I can't tell you more.
"Speculation is what is prevailing in these reports, without knowledge."
