Former Everton midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov says Arsen Zakharyan must leave on-loan should he sign for Chelsea.
The Dynamo Moscow winger's agent has declared an expectation that Chelsea will pay his €15m buyout clause this week.
Bilyaletdinov told Sport-Express: "Zakharyan has not yet left. If there will be a transfer, then we have to talk, but if there is specificity from Chelsea, of course, it is worth moving there.
"In this situation, there is little chance of playing straight away.
"If he gains a little physique, he can be useful. After signing a contract with Chelsea, Zakharyan needs to go on loan for a year or a year and a half, as (Oleks) Zinchenko did at the time."
