Former Russia goalkeeper Ruslan Nigmatullin expects Chelsea to immediately loan out Arsen Zakharyan.
Chelsea are set to pay the buyout clause of Zakharyan's Dynamo Moscow contract.
Nigmatullin, “If this is true, then I'm happy for Arsen, this is great news.
"Zakharyan is a very promising guy. It is absolutely natural that while Zakharyan is not ready to play at Chelsea, but the invitation must be accepted. Loaning after this transfer would be a logical step for all parties.
"You can, of course, loan Arsen immediately to Dynamo, but that would be wrong, because then there will be no adaptation to European football.
"And it is necessary, because he should get stronger. Perhaps he will be given to the Belgian championship, for example. The championship would also fit, by the way."
