British cycling supremo Sir Dave Brailsford is poised to begin his new job at Manchester United.
Per the Daily Star, INEOS chief Sir Jim Ratcliffe will secure 25 percent of the club from the Glazer family this week.
He will then be given sporting control in a bid to turn around the club's fortunes.
The source adds that Brailsford will be a key part of that project, even though his role is more about selecting the correct personnel for various positions.
He will be at United's Carrington facility to meet staff and players who are not going away with their countries.
