Former Roma defender Vincent Candela believes Rudi Garcia's success at Napoli will depend on the transfer market.
Garcia has replaced Luciano Spalletti, who led Napoli to the Serie A title last season.
Candela told Sportmediaset: "Congratulations for the great season they've had, but it's a shame for these farewells.
"I don't know why Spalletti left, it will be his reasons, it will be difficult because after a great victory it will be difficult for Garcia, even if the team is there.
"You have to see who's coming and who's coming."
On Roma, he also said: "The Roma transfer market is going very well, it's not over yet and the club is making a lot of effort, beyond the problems everyone has. We'll start again soon, we expect a lot from Roma who have done well in the last two years but can always do better."
