A Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on ‘Theory of Knowledge’ was organised at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, with the objective of enhancing teachers’ understanding of critical thinking, inquiry-based learning and interdisciplinary approaches in education. The resource persons were Dr Pallavi Bhardwaj, Vice-Principal of St Vivekanand Millennium School, and Puja Dua, PGT, English, and recipient of the Best Teacher – Avantika (Guru Rabindranath Tagore Samman, 2019) Award. The resource persons conducted interactive sessions and engaging activities that emphasised analytical thinking and the practical application of knowledge. Teachers actively participated in discussions and gained valuable insights into innovative teaching methodologies. The programme proved highly informative and enriching for all participants. Principal Gulshan Kaur expressed gratitude to the resource persons for their valuable contribution towards the professional development of educators.
