Cebu Landmasters expands with mixed residential project in Bohol

A WELL-CHOSEN venue shapes the rhythm of an event. It influences how guests arrive, how they move through a program, how they interact with one another, and ultimately, how they remember the occasion. It is a reason some events linger in memory long after the program ends.

As the calendar turns toward the holiday season, when corporate gatherings, appreciation events, and year-end celebrations fill social diaries, choosing the right venue becomes a matter of memorability. It can become a mix of securing a location and finding a trusted partner. Responsiveness, professionalism, and ease of communication, from the first inquiry and site walkthrough to event day coordination, can shape the entire planning experience. When information is readily available and operational support remains dependable, organizers gain the confidence to focus on delivering a memorable event.

Exceptional service is one hallmark of an exceptional venue. The most successful spaces are designed to extend hospitality beyond welcoming guests at the door. It is reflected in every interaction, every touchpoint, and every detail that allows both organizers and attendees to move through the experience with ease.

Events today are increasingly multidimensional. A boardroom-style discussion may give way to a networking session. A formal presentation may transition into cocktails and sideline conversations.

For planners, adaptability has become one of the most valuable attributes a venue can offer. Open, highly customizable spaces provide freedom to create an event that feels distinct and intentional rather than constrained by a predefined layout.

Memorable events have a certain rhythm. Guests are guided naturally from one experience to the next without ever having to think about where they should go.

This is where venue design plays a crucial role. Spaces positioned in proximity to one another create continuity throughout a program. A forum can seamlessly transition into a reception. A conference can evolve into an evening celebration without losing momentum. When movement feels intuitive, guests remain engaged, and organizers gain greater flexibility in how they shape the experience. These venues balance elegance with functionality, offering the flexibility to accommodate multiple event formats while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

At the Events Spaces of real estate company PNB Holdings in Pasay City, accessibility and convenience are built into the experience. There is ample parking for large events. Its location is easily reached from both Metro Manila’s northern and southern corridors. Its interconnected event spaces allow gatherings to flow effortlessly from one setting to another. The Grand Atrium, with its adjoining rooms for breakout sessions and holding areas, opens onto a spacious registration and reception area. Nearby, The Long Gallery provides an additional venue for events and exhibits, while The Amphitheatre offers an outdoor alternative for a change of scenery.

Together, these spaces provide the freedom for events to evolve naturally, allowing conversations, celebrations, and connections to take center stage. In the end, the most memorable venues are not simply places where events happen, but spaces that help shape the experience itself. TMT

CEBU Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), the leading residential developer in the Visayas and Mindanao, is expanding its presence in Bohol with the development of a 5.6-hectare property in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City. The property marks CLI’s third site in Bohol, following Velmiro Greens Bohol and Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao.

CLI envisions the property as a mixed residential community featuring another Velmiro, the company’s mid-market residential brand, and its first Mirani in Bohol, a mid-rise condominium development. Velmiro will expand CLI’s mid-market residential offering, while Mirani will provide a more affordable condo option with commercial spaces to serve residents and the surrounding community.

Strategically located just five to 10 minutes from Tagbilaran City proper, the property provides convenient access to key establishments, schools, healthcare facilities, commercial centers, and major transport links. It is approximately 4 kilometers from the Tagbilaran Port and directly across from Cebu Sacred Heart College Tagbilaran Campus, placing the site within an established and accessible urban community.

CLI’s growing Bohol presence builds on the strong performance of its existing developments. Turnover is ongoing at the fully completed Velmiro Greens Bohol in Dauis, with all 256 units expected to be turned over by the end of 2026. Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao, meanwhile, is 98 percent sold, with 1,056 units, with all three towers targeted for topping off within the year.

“Bohol continues to show strong potential, and our performance here gives us confidence to deepen our commitment to the province,” said CLI President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano. “With this new development, we can build on what has worked for us in Bohol through another Velmiro housing development while introducing Mirani as a more affordable option for local residents.” TMT
