Cebu Landmasters launches Cebu project

CEBU Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has started replenishing its residential inventory with the launch of Alto Ranudo, a P2.88-billion condominium project in Cebu City, following a 95-percent sell-out rate across its residential portfolio.

The 20-story, low-density development along V. Ranudo Street will offer 389 studio- and one-bedroom units as well as commercial spaces and residential amenities.

The Cebu condo project marks the first launch in Cebu Landmasters’ planned rollout of 11 projects comprising more than 5,600 units with an estimated total sales value of P25 billion across key markets in the Visayas and Mindanao.

“Strong take-up across our portfolio gives us confidence to bring fresh inventory into markets where we continue to see genuine housing demand,” company President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano said.

“Alto Ranudo starts that next wave of launches while staying true to what we know best — creating developments that are grounded in the character and needs of the communities we serve,” he added.

Cebu Landmasters said the launch pipeline was intended to replenish inventory after strong sales across its residential portfolio, with the company continuing to focus on project execution, regulatory compliance and converting its pipeline into sales and future revenue growth.

Alto Ranudo is located beside Calle 104, a heritage-inspired development anchored by the reuse of the Garcia-Escaño Mansion. The project is designed to provide easy access to hospitals, schools, retail centers and other major destinations in central Cebu.

“Alto Ranudo is our take on how Cebu’s heritage can live on in a modern setting,” Soberano said.

“As we design a residence that feels distinctly Cebuano while responding to how people want to live in the city today, we remain focused on developments that cater to local preferences and create lasting value for our customers and shareholders,” he added.

Alto Ranudo is the first residential project of Climac Ventures Inc., Cebu Landmasters’ joint venture with Martinez Agricultural Corp.

Shares of Cebu Landmasters dropped P0.04, or 1.89 percent, to close at P2.08 each on Thursday.
