Olmo has been linked with a return to Barcelona, however Catalan sources say Manchester City are showing the strongest interest.
Mundo Deportivo is now reporting Chelsea and Arsenal have joined the pursuit.
For his part, Olmo has insisted he won't rush any transfer decision, though he is attracted to a return to Barca.
