Chelsea may be on the verge of losing one of their most prized young talents.
The Blues are facing the prospect of having to sell Cobham graduate Ian Maatsen.
The left-back has still not agreed a new contract with the Stamford Bridge club, despite months of negotiations.
Per The Mail, Maatsen will either have to renew or face being sold in January.
The club do not want to lose him on a free transfer, which is why a summer bid from Burnley was accepted.
However, Maatsen chose to turn down that move and fight for his place at the club.
He has not been an automatic starter so far this season under Mauricio Pochettino.
