Brazilian teenager Andrey Santos has been given the all clear to start playing for Chelsea.
The Premier League club were hoping to use the teenager this season after signing him from Vasco da Gama back in January.
Santos did not get his work permit at the time, which meant he could not play for the Blues last term.
Per The Mail, the 19-year-old now has been given permission by UK authorities to play in the country.
He already received his visa to head to the United States for Chelsea's preseason tour.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino will be delighted to have a midfield option in Santos, given how many players the club have sold in that area of the field.
