Kota Kinabalu: Cinnamon Netball Club (CNC, who won the Datin Seri Panglima Hajah Juliah Salag Cuo Netball Tournament, will represent Sabah at the YAM Che’Puan Besar Khaleeda Cup Netball Competition in Johor.
The competition will take place at the Arena Larkin in Johor Bahru on February 25 and 26.

The Cinnamon Netball team, led by its Chairwoman, Hallenah Tuanggaak, paid a courtesy call on Juliah at the Chief Minister’s residence in Sri Gaya.
Juliah hoped the team would give it their all throughout the competition.
“Since 90 per cent of the players are experienced State players, I am confident they will excel at this tournament,” she said.
She also reminded the players to prioritise discipline and take care of their health throughout the tournament.
The Keningau Cinnamon Netball Club which is registered with the Sabah Sports Commissioner on May 1, 2022 emerged champions in the Datin Seri Panglima Datuk Hajah Juliah Salag Netball Tournament Cup held in Tuaran on Jan 15, 2023.
