Kota Kinabalu: Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) would not kill stray dogs captured, indiscriminately, as there is a new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to follow.

Under the new SOPs, Mayor Datuk Noorliza Awang Alip said dogs captured would be kept in the DBKK pound for seven days to allow the owners to claim it.
